Tribune Publishes Good Editorial on BSL

The Chicago Tribune recently ran a nice editorial about why Breed Specific Legislation (BSL) is a bad idea. It also makes a good argument for HB 1247, which would place restrictions on tethering. HB 1080, which would lift the ban on BSL, is currently stalled in the process, but not yet dead.
